Privacy

What is collected

When you sign in we keep your email. A rep profile holds a display name, handle, optional legal name, bio, region and specialties. Applying to a program records your legal name, display name and email for that business. Bookings are stored as opaque references and amounts, not family names. Emails we send are recorded in an outbox (a private statement link is never stored there). A business's mailing address, if they give one, is used only at the foot of its emails.

Why

To run the service: sign you in, show a statement, let a business pay its partners, and send the notices the service requires. Optional notices (a family booked, an amount earned) can be turned off. There is no marketing email, and none will be added without a recorded, timestamped consent and a one-click unsubscribe.

How long

Your profile, public page, sign-in and email are removed as soon as you delete your account, and we stop emailing you. Records a business needs for tax (legal name and payouts) are kept for six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to, then anonymized by a scheduled job. The referral ledger is append-only, so past entries are not rewritten.

Download or delete

A signed-in rep can download a copy of what is held about them, or delete their account, from Privacy. A business admin can download a copy of what is held about their business from that business's Records panel.
